This covers book.maison-siam.com, our direct booking site. Maison Siam is the data controller.

What we collect

When you enquire: your name, email, phone and message. When you book: the same, plus your stay dates and booking details. At check-in: your passport details, if you're a foreign national, because Thai law requires us to record and report them. Automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, and how you move through the site.

Your card is processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.

Why we hold it

To take and run your booking, to answer you, to meet our obligations under Thai immigration rules, and to keep the site working and secure.

Who it passes through

Hostaway — our property management system. Bookings, messages and passport details are stored here.

Stripe — payments.

Google — reCAPTCHA on our forms, Google Fonts, and Google Analytics.

New Relic and Sentry — performance and error monitoring.

OpenStreetMap — maps on listing pages.

We don't sell your data and we don't share it for advertising.

This site sets Google Analytics cookies (_ga) when you arrive. They measure how the site is used. You can block or delete them in your browser settings at any time; the site works either way.

How long we keep it

Booking records for as long as Thai tax and accounting rules require. Passport records for as long as immigration rules require, and no longer. Enquiries that don't become bookings: 24 months.

Your rights

Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're not legally required to keep it. Email inquiries@maison-siam.com.
